"Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary. So then, while we have the opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of faith." ~Galatians 6:9-10 (NASB)
The Trinity church of Christ understands that the world is broken and full of people who are lost and in need of loving care and support. To meet some of the needs in our community we support the efforts of an AA group that meets on site and we look forward to establishing a Celebrate Recovery effort in the very near future. If you or a loved one is in need of the support that one of our care groups offers, or would like to speak to one of our leaders for Pastoral support please contact us right away. If we can't meet your need specifically we will work to place you in the care of someone who specializes in that area and with whom you will feel comfortable to speak to.
The Care Groups Ministry has a goal similar to the Go Group but with a more focused curriculum. The idea behind Care Groups is to meet the needs of the lost and hurting in the areas they are specifically troubled and foster healing in a safe and loving environment where noone will be judged.
In the near future we also hope to see, by the grace of God, the initiation of a program designed to reach the families or those struggling with addiction, depression, or the like; and guide, equip, and prepare them for the challenges they will face as their loved one receives help, counsel, or treatment.
If you would like to learn more about our Care Groups please contact one of our leaders or church staff who will put you in contact with the appropriate group leader, facilitator, or sponsor.
